If you're hesitant to list your RV for hire because you're worried it will get damaged, that's completely understandable. At Camplify, we understand the concern owners have about damage better than anyone. Hence, we're more than prepared for the event that your RV gets damaged during a Camplify hire.

Unfortunately, accidents happen. In the event that something does happen to your RV during the hire, all repairs will be covered by insurance and the £1000 security deposit that we hold during all hires. This means that you will never be out of pocket for any damage that occurs. Part of your membership with Camplify means that you receive assistance from our dedicated support team during the cost recovery process, so you can rest easy knowing that we will sort it out. 


By using our compulsory post-hire and pre-hire checklists you can inspect your RV and record any damage that occurs. If you believe damage has occurred, simply submit a breakage claim to Camplify with 48 hours of the hire completion and the matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
