If you're hesitant to list your van for hire because you're worried it will get damaged, that's completely understandable. At Camplify, we understand the concern owners have about damage better than anyone. Hence, we're more than prepared for the event that your van gets damaged during a Camplify hire.


Unfortunately, accidents happen. In the event that something does happen to your van and you use our damage protection cover during the hire, all repairs will be covered by this cover, together with the accident excess that we hold during all hires.  This means that you will never be out of pocket for any damage that occurs. Part of your membership with Camplify means that you receive assistance from our dedicated support team during the cost recovery process, so you can rest easy knowing that we will sort it out. If you choose to use your own insurance the accident excess will be retained and used to manage the damage claim or to cover your excess should you raise an insurance claim. 


By using our compulsory post-hire and pre-hire checklists you can inspect your van and record any damage that occurs. If you believe the damage has occurred, simply submit a breakage claim to Camplify and the matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
