Keep it short and simple, only ask questions that are really important to you.

Here are some examples:

Where are you planning to take the RV? (Remember, if they are planning on taking the RV to Europe, you must notify Camplify in advance for insurance purposes).
What is your driving experience (for a motorhome of this size)?
Who will you be travelling with (safety belts for motorhome)?
Will you be the only driver?
What time would you like to pick up/drop off the RV?
How many people are you looking to accommodate?
Would you like to hire any extra items?
