Owners set their preferred cancellation policy and can choose amongst three options (Flexible, Moderate and Strict). The cancellation policy is displayed on each RV listing and on the booking request form.

Is there a cancellation fee?

All cancellations where a refund is eligible and requested will incur a £13 cancellation fee, however, this does not apply to credits. There are no fees if bookings are cancelled due to government restrictions.
