Our cancellation policies have now been updated to also include cancellations caused by government restrictions.
This means that hirers have extra COVID 19 protection and will be able to get either full credit or refund if they have to cancel.
To give peace of mind to hirers before completing a new booking, we created policies to allow for "standard cancellations" and cancellations due to "government restrictions".
Unfortunately due to the circumstances, owners will receive no payment for cancellations qualifying for Extenuating Circumstances.

How to cancel a booking
- Login to your Camplify Owners App
- Click on "Bookings" on the bottom menu
- Select "Upcoming"
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Booking" at the bottom of the screen
- Confirm by clicking "Yes"
