How do I review the hirer?

Upon completion of the booking, both hirers and owners are asked to leave a review. Reviews are crucial as hirers look for RVs with great feedback. Getting good feedback increases the likelihood of securing more bookings.
Camplify will send an email and a notification to hirers at the end of the holiday reminding them to submit a review. Nonetheless, we strongly encourage all owners to also invite hirers to review their experience.
You won't be able to see how you have been reviewed until you've completed a review in return.
Owner review of the hirer
Be truthful and comment on the hirer's communication and punctuality. Please note that fellow Camplify Owners can see hirer reviews only when they receive a booking request from that hirer.
Hirer review of the Owner and their experience
Reviews left by hirers are public and are listed on your RV listing (as long as you have reviewed the hirer in return). We highly recommend requesting specific feedback at the end of the holiday when the hirer returns the van, giving you and the hirer the opportunity to discuss the hire. Hirers will be more inclined to leave a positive review.
How to review your hirer:
Go to your Dashboard
Click on "Bookings"
Find the the "Completed" booking you would like to review
Click "View booking"
Click on the blue "Review your Hirer" button
You will be asked to add a description and ratings on Accuracy, Check-in, Cleanliness and Communication
Click "Submit Review"
