1. In accordance with the hirer’s cancellation policy owners agrees to comply with these cancellation policies and work in accordance:
    1. Flexible; 
      1. Change Mind Policy
        1. Full refund up to 7 days from the start of the booking
        2. Less than 7 days 90% credit (owner gets 10% of Owner Total)
        3. Less than 48 hours from the start of the booking no credit or refund (owner gets 100% of Owner Total).
    2. Moderate
      1. Change Mind Policy
        1. Full refund up to 30 days from the start of the booking
        2. Less than 30 days 90% credit (owner gets 10% of Owner Total)
        3. Less than 10 days from the start of the booking no credit or refund (owner gets 100% of Owner Total).
    3. Strict
      1. Change Mind Policy
        1. Full refund up to 45 days from the start of the booking
        2. 45 days to 20 days 90% credit (owner gets 10% of Owner Total)
        3. Less than 20 days from the start of the booking no credit or refund (owner gets 100% of Owner Total).
