In accordance with the hirer’s cancellation policy owners agrees to comply with these cancellation policies and work in accordance:

  1. Flexible 
    1. Up to and including 8 days from the start of the booking: full refund minus admin fee* or 100% credit
    2. 7 - 3 days from the start of the booking: 90% credit of the total value of the booking (10% total value of the booking is not refundable)
    3. 2 days from the start of the booking: no refund or credit

  2. Moderate
    1. Up to and including 31 days from the start of the booking: full refund minus admin fee* or 100% credit
    2. 30 days to 11 days: 90% credit of the total value of the booking (10% total value of the booking is not refundable)
    3. 10 days from the start of the booking: no refund or credit


  1. Strict
    1. Up to and including 46 days from the start of the booking: full refund minus admin fee* or 100% credit
    2. 45 days to 21 days: 90% credit of the total value of the booking (10% total value of the booking is not refundable)
    3. 20 days from the start of the booking: no refund or credit
