Accidents, incidents involving third parties and significant damage must be reported to Camplify immediately. It is important that you encourage hirers to inform you straight away if your vehicle is involved in an incident or damaged, especially if a third party is involved.

All damage, even if it is only discovered at the end of the hire, must be reported to Camplify no later than 48 hours after the end of the holiday. Damage reported after this deadline will void your bond or insurance claim.

It is critical that the pre- and post-hire checklists are completed at the beginning and end of every hire in order to process a bond or insurance claim. This documentation is used to support any claims made by the owner/hirer. Without completion of these documents, Camplify will not be able to support the recovery of the bond or process an insurance claim.
