You can set a relocation fee for each "Drop-Off" type booking.  Drop-Off is where you, the owner, transport the van to the hirer's location.

Think about how far you are willing to travel, and how long it will take you to set up the van.

Generally, we recommend that you charge £0.80- £1 per mile that you have to travel. Remember you have to calculate this to drop-off the RV at the start of the hire AND collect your van at the end of the holiday.  So for a drop-off 50miles away, you might set a Relocation Fee of £80/£100.

We recommend you discuss the relocation fee with the hirer as it will result in a higher booking charge and this should be agreed in advance.
