While owners are asked to respond within a maximum of 48 hours from receiving the booking request, we recommend allowing at least 24 hours for the van owner to respond to your booking request before requesting Camplify follow-up. 


While you’re waiting for a response, it is a good idea to browse the Camplify search engine for backup options, in case your initial request doesn’t follow through. You are also more than welcome and even suggested making multiple requests for different vans to see which options get approved.
