If you choose to make a new booking for a holiday it’s important to understand that Camplify is a peer-to-peer platform and each owner decides on the Cancelation policy relevant to their RV. These policies explain what happens if you choose not to travel or you are unable due to government restrictions. 


Each of our van owners can choose which of our three cancellation policies they use. 

The options are: Flexible, Moderate, Strict.


Each cancellation policy has conditions for:
‘Change of Mind’ cancellations AND ‘Extenuating Circumstances’ cancellations. 


This means that no matter which van you hire, you will have some clear protections if travel restrictions are reimposed.


As the situation evolves, we encourage any holidaymakers to keep our community of van owners posted on their plans. We advise staying up-to-date with travel requirements being issued by authorities to ensure you’re complying with those and checking that your intended campsite is still accepting holidaymakers.
