If you are in breach of the Camplify Hiring Contract, you will be liable for the full loss/damage. 

Major breaches include but not limited to:

• Damage caused by negligent behaviour 

• Damage caused by partial or total immersion in water

• Damage caused by use of incorrect fuel

• Damage caused to the overhead of the van

• Damage caused to the underbody of the van

• Operating the van in an Off-Road environment other than when/how specified in the Terms and Conditions

• Allowing someone who is not authorised to drive the van

• Driving the van to another country or considerably changing the itinerary that was previously agreed with the owner.
