If any owner on the Camplify platform suggests that you make payment for any booking offline please decline the offer and report them via the customer support line as soon as possible (0330 808 1811).

We provide a safe environment in Camplify, with secure payment portals, user verification, insurance and privacy policies. 

If you decide to make the payment offline you will not be covered for cancellations and refunds, insurance, roadside assistance or be compensated for loss if the owner fails to deliver service.
