You no longer need to worry about dropping off or picking up your van in areas with poor mobile reception. We introduced an offline functionality on the Camplify app so that you can submit your checklists even when you have no network coverage. The app will hold the checklist for when you are in an area with sufficient reception to be able to submit your forms.

The printed option is only available in extreme circumstances.

If you must, please follow these steps:

• Download the pre and post-hire checklists - attached below
• Print our offline PDF form - attached below
• Fill out the form with the hirer
• Attach the form to an email and send it to support@camplify.co.uk
• Write Subject - "Offline Pre (or Post depending on what you are sending) Hire Checklist for Booking ID XXXXXX"
• You will need to include the hirer's name and their booking ID as part of the email
• You will need to attach the images to the email - don't forget photos of the odometer and fuel gauge for either checklist with notes on daily mileage limits (if applicable) and excess mileage charge as well as fueling requirements upon return of van (as discussed and agreed with the hirer) and for the Pre-hire checklist, along with photos of the Hirer's DVL, we advise taking and sending between 6 & 20 interior photos as well as between 6 & 20 exterior photos to have a clear view of the state of the van at the start of the booking.
